For your home

Your renovation runs around your life. Not the reverse.

You keep working. You keep travelling. You keep your weekends. We keep everything else moving.

What usually happens

Most renovations ask you to become a project manager.

You already know how this usually goes.

Someone told you six months. It has been eleven. The electrician was due Tuesday and came Thursday, by which point the plasterer had gone elsewhere. Invoices arrive from six directions, and every disagreement on site ends up on your desk.

None of this is unusual — two in five projects run late, one in two goes over budget — and it lands on you while you are running everything else.

What we do instead

We hold every part of it, so you hold none of it.

We find and appoint the architect and the interior designer, and work alongside them. We select and vet every builder, electrician, plumber and carpenter the house needs, and sequence them so they are not standing in each other’s way. We handle the suppliers, the ordering, and the money. When something goes wrong — and something always does — it is solved before it reaches you.

Which means the months this takes are yours. You take the holiday. You are at the matches and the school things. The house gets built either way — the difference is whether you spend those months living your life or running a project you never wanted to run.

01

The team around your project

Architect and interior designer identified, appointed, and coordinated. We work alongside them from the first drawing to the final finish, so the design that leaves the page is the design that arrives in the house.

02

Trades and site

Every trade vetted before appointment, sequenced so the work runs concurrently wherever the house allows, and supervised on site. Each stage is checked before the next one starts.

03

Interior design

Kitchen, bathrooms, living spaces — developed with leading designers and coordinated with the build so specifications and lead times line up. You approve. We deliver.

04

Costs and procurement

Suppliers, ordering, deliveries, and cost control held in one place. Materials are specified and ordered early enough to arrive when they are needed, and every cost comes to us before it comes to you.

Anthony and his team did an amazing job for us during our extensive home renovation. From the planning to the execution everything was excellent. Crucially everything was on budget and on time, which is very rare in a construction project.

Appointed to deliver. Trusted to finish.

One conversation is enough to know whether we are the right fit.

We take a limited number of projects each year. The earlier we are involved, the more we can protect.
