The APHS model

Portfolio directorship.

The difference between a renovation that delivers and one that damages.

APHS exists to give successful people certainty, peace of mind, and their time back — by taking complete ownership of their renovation, from the first conversation to the moment they walk through their finished home.

The distinction that matters

What we are — and what we are not.

We are

We are not

Why we exist

The people who need renovation management most are the least able to provide it themselves.

The surgeon with a seventy-hour week. The founder whose phone does not stop. The couple who want the home transformed without losing six months of their lives to it.

Twenty-five years across Irish renovation and construction taught us every way a project can fail. We built APHS to prevent those failures on behalf of people who cannot afford to absorb them.

What we provide is irreducibly human — and that is precisely its value. You cannot automate experience. You cannot replace instinct earned on real sites, with real trades, delivering real homes.

“
In a world moving faster than ever before, time is the one resource no amount of money can recover. We exist to give it back.

Our principles

Six principles. No exceptions.

Communication

Regular updates, whether or not there is news. You will always know where your project stands.

Candour

You will hear the full position from us — what a decision costs, what a delay means, and where we stand on it. Straight answers, first time, every time.

Foresight

We plan for what a project of this scale typically throws up — lead times, sequencing, the trades that clash.

Accountability

Every question has one address. Chasing trades, suppliers, and schedules is our work, and it stays our work.

Discretion

Our clients are private people. We show the work, never the household — no names, no addresses, nothing that identifies whose home it is.

Restraint

We hold a small number of projects at a time. The clients we take have our full attention, and that is the whole point.
